2. These components on the pneumatic circuit should be drained after a period of time to ensure the service life of the cylinder. Mainly by adjusting the position of the screws, the equipment will automatically become waterproof.
3. Adjust the throttle valve properly. Sometimes, even if the manufacturer has already adjusted it, you need to refer to the instructions. If the throttle valve is in the normal position, there is no need to adjust it yourself. At the same time, ensure that the airflow pressure is normal before work, so as not to affect subsequent work.
4. When the production equipment stops, be sure to turn off the power switch first to prevent water from entering the electrical control box. Save resources.
5. The local equipment should have good contact with the ground to ensure safety during operation. It is also necessary to regularly add lubricating oil to the gears to ensure that the mechanical equipment can operate normally.
6. Due to long-term uninterrupted operation, the tightness of mechanical chains may vary, so it is necessary to regularly adjust the tightness to prevent the chains from knotting or breaking.
