The role of canned edible oil filling machines in production is becoming increasingly widespread, and edible oils such as peanut oil, soybean oil, and now olive oil can be filled using edible oil filling machines. If the filling process is stopped, do not ignore these steps:
To end the operation during automatic filling, you can press the stop button at any time, and the filling machine will automatically stop after the bottles filled in the batch are finished. If the stopping time is too long. The replenishment valve after filling should be closed to prevent overflow of the material tank, and the valve should only be opened before restarting.
When a batch of materials is filled, the remaining materials in the material tank can be filled manually. And add cleaning solution to clean the material tank and filling channel to prevent the mixing of different varieties of products from affecting product quality.
After the automatic shutdown of the canned edible oil filling machine, turn the selection switch to the debugging position, press the manual bottle feeding button, and align a batch of bottles under the filling head with each injection nozzle to prevent leakage and pollution of the production site during long-term shutdown. At the next startup, press the bottle dispensing button while in debugging mode. After sending out this batch of bottles, turn the selection switch to the automatic position and press the start button to continue automatic filling.
Note: Canned materials are not allowed to have sharp, hard small particles or clumps to avoid damaging the filling valve and blocking the filling channel, causing dripping or inaccurate filling.
If the conveyor belt runs in reverse due to external wiring reasons, the "emergency stop" or power switch of the edible oil filling machine should be immediately turned off. Reconnect the wiring to ensure that the conveyor belt rotates in the forward direction to avoid damaging the conveyor belt.
Any non-standard operation may cause malfunctions in the canned edible oil filling machine, resulting in unnecessary losses in production. If your edible oil filling machine needs to be shut down, you should pay attention to the issues mentioned above.
